LHS Band sets the tone at UIL Contest

On Friday, 15 LHS Band members traveled to Pearsall to compete in the UIL Solo & Ensemble Contest and they represented Lytle extremely well.  For at least the 5th consecutive year, none of our events received 3rd, 4th or 5th division ratings.  The results were:

Additionally, Alleziah and Brandi met all the requirements on their solos to advance to the Texas State Solo & Ensemble Contest, as did the Saxophone Trio of Kendall, Tabitha and Hailey.  These students will represent Lytle High School at that contest on May 27th at Hendrickson HS in Pflugerville.
